360 acres Rice County Land
Nelson Family Heirs
#1 - Tract 1 (200 acres)
Auctioneer’s Comments - This is gently rolling, productive farm land. The pasture land has two ponds and enough trees to be excellent deer and turkey habitat. The proximity to Little River, Windom, and McPherson would make this a great home building site. Rural water is within one-half mile. #2 - Tract 2 (160 acres)
Auctioneer’s Comments – This is gently rolling, productive farm land. #3 – Mineral Rights to Tract 2
